For many years I have been a conventional landscape photographer.  But alongside traditional scenic shots I have always had an eye for detail and taken images of patterns and textures that have interested me.  These can be found in a variety of natural sources such as plants, clouds and water, together with man made materials such as rusting metal and peeling paint.  I then combine multiple images together digitally to blend the patterns, textures and colours.  The results are an intriguing form of abstract art that invite closer inspection and discussion.  My artworks are printed directly onto large format aluminium panels and made available in limited editions of only 10 each.  The majority of my images are taken on the Wirral.
