As an artist, my journey unfolds through the vibrant landscapes of North Wales and the Mersey here in New Brighton, where the relentless sea whispers stories to the hinterland, of raw existence, loss, and the stark absurd realities of life. Working primarily with acrylic on canvas, I strive to capture not only the beauty of these land/seascapes, but also the deeper emotional currents that flow beneath there surfaces. Each stroke of my brush is a meditation on the transient nature of life, a vivid exploration of how the landscape embodies our experiences of life/death and love/loss.
