I produce Artwork in a wide range of two dimensional mediums in monochrome and colour using oil, watercolour, gouache, ink, pastel, charcoal and print.
My past work has tended to concentrate on imaginative, satirical and surrealistic imagery (scraperboard). In recent years I have based much of my work on direct observation in my own environment of Merseyside and Wirral.

I am inspired by still life, landscape, all aspects of nature and my cats. I have a particular interest in the effects of light on form compositions.

My work is usually small-scale averaging 16×12 inches and I generally work to private commission and have exhibited work at venues in Liverpool, Wirral and regularly at the Williamson Art Gallery.
