I am a self-taught painter and occasional potter living in Heswall. I use a variety of techniques and media – acrylics, watercolours, oil pastels and coloured inks – in my paintings. Most of my pottery pieces are made from clear-glazed white earthenware.
I am a member of several art societies in Wirral and Chester and have had three one-man exhibitions in Heswall. Another outlet for my work is White Feather Home in Willaston.
My paintings cover quite a wide range of subjects: the most popular are probably those with an African themes, no doubt influenced by my early upbringing.
