I work as a specialist analogue photography artist and educator, creating images and teaching workshops in film photography, hand-processing, darkroom printing and traditional heritage photographic techniques, ranging from 1840’s cyanotype and pinhole through to working with large format cameras.
I set up my full time, small business: Little Vintage Photography 8 years ago, and run workshops for anyone curious to learn about these alternative ways of creating images in a more mindful way.
I have also partnered with leading cultural organisations such as The Open Eye Gallery, The Williamson Art Gallery and National Museums Liverpool to bring these traditional photographic techniques to life and am the Darkroom Educator for Ilford (the world leading black & white film manufacturer) creating several series of creative darkroom video guides for them.
