Studio K pottery was created by Kamilah France to create pottery that feels personal, grounding, and alive.
I have a Fashion Design degree from Falmouth University, but ceramics had always been an interest I have wanted to explore. I signed up for an evening ceramic course at Liverpool City College in January 2024 and I fell in love with every aspect of it. I now have a little studio space where I make my own ceramics.
The land and seascapes around me inspire the shapes within the vessels I create. I aim to make functional ceramics that have bright vibrant colours that bring joy and beauty to everyday moments.
